Conveniently located in the village of Conway on Rte 16. We have plenty of parking in the lot or on the street. We do have stairs to get in the salon, but we will gladly come outside to assist you with getting your pet in the building. We offer a few grooming products, toys, treats and locally made items that are available in our small boutique area. Live plants, nice decor and rustic touches make it a charming place to visit.
We all play an important role in caring for your pet. We help each other with holding puppies or older dogs, or a fresh set of hands to take over on the larger or more difficult ones. We support each other in our careers and we have become a work family. These dynamics help to create a wonderful work environment for us, and for your pets. They can sense emotions, and our calm, happy and nurturing ways reflect in our interactions with your pets. You'd be amazed at what a difference that can make for your pet's time with us!

Amanda discovered her love for dogs when she was living in Colorado in 2015, working as a bather. Life bounced her back to New England in 2018, where she started her grooming career working under many talented groomers. She started in a small shop in northwestern Connecticut, then transitioned to a busy salon on Cape Cod. She finally settled in the beautiful mountains of New Hampshire and obtained her pet CPR certification. Amanda loves caring for the dogs and building relationships with them. You can often find her in the back loving on the big and fluffies. When Amanda isn’t grooming dogs at The Ultimutt Cut, you can find her outside exploring the valley with her dog Eleanor Rigby (Ellie for short).
Stacy has been grooming pets in the valley for almost 7 years, shortly after moving here from Maine with her family. Stacy has an amazing quality in her that she connects so well with anxious or difficult pets. She has been a great asset to the salon, she loves her job, and it shows in her infectious smile. She can't wait to pamper your pet!
Allie was born and raised in Southern Maine before heading to the University of Vermont for her bachelor's degree in animal science. While in school she worked as a veterinary assistant in a small emergency clinic in Vermont. After Graduation, she spent some time both as a vet tech in an animal clinic and as a manger of a doggie day care. She adventured to Colorado, where she spent a year as an animal research technician, before moving back into emergency veterinary medicine. She then moved back to New England, starting her grooming career here with us in June of 2022. Her medical knowledge & pet CPR certification makes her a valuable grooming assistant. She currently lives in North Conway with her partner and their 2 fur-children, a dog named Taquito and a cat named Angelina Ballerina
